This is proving to be really useful when I can't seem to concentrate. Sitting still brings less anxiety but no answers. Big movements are stimulating but bring no answers. Micromovements change something. Like I'm stuck in a freeze/flighty mode and this breaks me out

Earlier in my trauma stuff I broke out of freezing responses by silently mouthing the word no into a pillow and it feels like this is doing something similar for more diffuse patterns
