as for ADHD idk about diagnoses but i recognized a decent amount of myself in gabor mate’s book
Yeah the Gabes is great. Currently they can't decide whether to assign you ADHD or CPTSD or both.

Uh, I may have had similarly derailing philosophical crises to you, except well before reaching grad school. (What I don't envy you though is having to live in USA instead of here in Australia. But I suppose you could eventually find work here if you wanted it.)
