Mental development iirc is usually thought to stop around 30. Which means someone with clinically significant ADHD impairment will live the rest of their lives with the executive functioning of a neurotypical 21 year old.

Yeah definitely. The point isn’t to worry about exact numbers but to consider the mental model you’re using to to evaluate someone with adhd. But my understanding is that this extends to trauma/mental blocks in general. People could developmentally behind in all sorts of ways
