Why out of interest? I mean more transmissible is bad, but all the vaccines seem to work for all the variants so far, so the extent of bad is capped.

in terms of personal risk reduction, N95s or better seem like an obvious step if you haven't been using those already
they can be reused if undamaged:

otherwise, have a look at , specifically on dual entry inhibition.
they do an excellent job reviewing the literature on treatment options. might be a good idea to order some of the relevant meds just in case.
