The thing that grosses me out about all coaches except the top quality ones, is having to hype yourself as good at helping others. I want to puke just imagining doing that

chris posts a lot about his coaching on fb and insta and it's refreshing to me how honest he manages to be about it - he never oversells himself ime, just says like "this is what i've been dealing with recently, this is what i think i can help you with, lmk if you're interested"

Thanks for saying that man, and yeah that is actually basically my approach. I just attempt to give people content that will help them regardless of whether or not they work with me, then let them know if they want help I'm there

it's a good energy man. i have a big aversion to being too "salesy" and it's nice to know it's at least possible that i don't have to lol
