idk i've had a lot worse success with some other people though. i guess i don't have a clear sense of what like success % is reasonable to expect

i guess it's like... i know i often get good results when i feel "on" in a particular way, and i oscillate between feeling "on" and not and idk how to like... be consistently "on" enough to feel like i'm doing right by clients?

Giving advice to myself:
- Systematize your basic emotional tools (especially grounding & being kind to yourself), and practice them ***yourself*** til they're totally habit / reflex / non-challenging

Still giving advice to myself
- Give yourself permission (& set client expectations) that you may need to reschedule if you're having a super "off" day

as a data point, a coach that i was working with did this to me once and i was totally fine with it and happy that she was taking care of herself (only once, out of like ~15 sessions total maybe)

Things I could totally stand to do more of, myself:
- Pendulation
- Feeding Your Demons
- Core Transformation
(mostly stuff from this page, and also the one on internal conflict / parts work: roamresearch.com/#/app/HowToHum )

focusing is like the least susceptible to whatever this fakeness thing is
