Same thing happened right before I broke my first 225 in bench (the feel-good one since it’s 4*45 + 45), took like 2 months to get back, and then I got a rotator cuff injury immediately

Asking the wrong person obv ;) My current model is push/pull muscle imbalance, so if you’re doing pulling motions instead of just going for big breasts like I did you’d be safer I was also stupid and would lift hard and then immediately play 4 hours of basketball. Don’t do that
