Hard fantasy is great. Name of the Wind is the best example, with the predictable rules of sympathy plus the spontaneity of the name magic

Worth the Candle has several hard magic systems, plus the reality of "oh wait how do we feed all the people we liberated from Dark Lord?"

It's hard to think of more examples! Anyone know some other hard fantasy books out there?
