Nice thanks for sharing. My two cents: 90% of the benefit is from compounding, i.e., maintaining a regimen (almost any reasonable regimen) over a long period of time.

also, lifting is extremely vulnerable to goodhart, so please keep ur eyes on the prize ok
good reasons to lift: feeling good, having back muscles strong enough to keep ur posture good, bodybuilding
less good reasons to lift: numbers, powerlifting

yeah makes sense, i’m mostly doing it bc it relaxes my shoulders at this point
