Okay, are you a visual thinker? Do you have a visualization of this? Like, is there like a little square of fact like in your head space or smthg (that's what I picture lol)?

visualization doesn't bring up anything in particular for me. it's like how if someone goes "what's your name?" the answer "zoe" occurs to you instantly; other things that seem true unreflectively seem true in that way
