nonono qc u can do this first song that comes up on spotify forward fold for 30 seconds, does NOT matter how close u get to touching ur toes handful of freakin doritos fill kettle, put teabag in mug, watch the water boil, try to remember to drink it after it steeps

hell yeah incidentally one thing I found about toe-touches is that for me it's more about balance than flexibility. when my hamstrings seize up with my fingers half a foot off the ground it's probably because my CoG is too far forward
