As a kid, I decided that the order of "super" words went, from least to most powerful: (Normal), Super, Mega, Hyper, Ultra So a supersoldier was tougher than a soldier, a megasoldier tougher than a supersoldier, etc. Likewise for e.g. powerups in some imagined videogame.

this sounds about right but i don’t have a stronf opinion on hyper vs. ultra how do you feel about the relative placement of Giga, Omega, and EX

Dunno if I'd place giga right above or below hyper Omega feels orthogonal the super-scale to me. To my ears it sounds more like a refinement, like an Omega-X is something that's a purified X, or gets closer to the essence of X (which may also be super-er, but not necessarily)

I don't want SI prefixes getting mixes up with mega and hyper etc, they are different systems

Already a hard problem. It become intractible if you were Chinese/Japanese, since then you’d have to add a megaton (if not a hyperton) of kanji to this list, like “God”, “Dragon,” “Tyrannical,” “Blazing,”, “Emperor,” “Demonic,” “Heavenly,” “Peerless,” “Super Saiyan,”
