I think we don’t have a lot of our emotional diet: seeing people in person, hugs, romance, etc are micronutrients. And we don’t have them. We all maybe have Social Scurvy.
(as evidenced by vitamin D supplementation not generally showing improved outcomes seen with high vitamin D levels that are acting as biomarker of sunlight exposure; the most prominent is synthesis of nitric oxide, there are likely others tho. i'm looking into getting UV lamp.)
