Recently when I've been going to bed I've felt hyper energy trapped in my shoulders and upper back. I've tried Yoga, Myofascial release, bioenergetic type shaking, but it remains. Any suggestions?

by far the most consistent thing that helps for me is lifting and specifically squats; it makes everything else more effective too
im gonna second this.
when im not lifting my legs feel tired and like jelly. but when im lifting i have more energy, less pain, and am way more zen

I do squats twice a week but they don't seem to help this shoulder area. I've found that sometimes after lifting that area feels more tight. Does it indicate I'm doing something wrong?
