How tf do I weigh myself before and after sleeping and I wake up having lost 400g? Does the fat or carbs turn to heat or something?

You sweat at night

In that case it's because gremlins sneak in at night and steal fat.

(But seriously, it's mostly losing water overnight, both through sweat and breathing out water vapour. You lose some carbon rough respiration as part of your body's normal metabolism but I'm pretty sure it's mostly water loss)

really? iirc the hacker's diet says it's twice as much carbon as water:

I think this would be very surprising given that exhaled air contains more water than CO2. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breathing
