How tf do I weigh myself before and after sleeping and I wake up having lost 400g? Does the fat or carbs turn to heat or something?

subtext here is that I'll reject any rational explanation because I've already convinced myself in my gut that this is impossible

(But seriously, it's mostly losing water overnight, both through sweat and breathing out water vapour. You lose some carbon rough respiration as part of your body's normal metabolism but I'm pretty sure it's mostly water loss)
