shouldn't this be pretty easy to do nowadays?
You can hack one together in gmail though it's a bit frictionful

technically yes, but they make it really hard, and if you put it in an app on an app store they get it taken down 😔

Right? And one that can be easily drag-and-drop visually organized. Felt like I was in 2006 yesterday when I was in my gmail account contemplating how to organize it better.
