this is only about 40% sentimental anthropomorphization going around declaring some numbers more important than each other feels like it has horrible but impossible to articulate implications in a deep ontological sense *and* it feels Mean 😢

I just feel like ranking things in terms of importance is the precursor to deciding which ones you can get rid of and I don't want to live in the world where you can get rid of any of the numbers

within a very specific context sure but as a global sort of thing? no way I also don't like HabitRPG and this feels related

habitrpg is a really good example of a productivity tool that only works as long as you're excited about it and in that sense i'm sort of grateful to it for providing such a clean case study of the general phenomenon

otoh, we have so many choices these days that I have had success just switching when I'm bored (habitrpg was one stop along the way) and this is fine
