Yesterday I briefly got mad at someone here & my kettlebell practice felt unusually downhill (easier to do than to abstain). Consistent effect iff I am angry. Otherwise steeply uphill. Do I need to get mad once a day for my fitness? How could I leverage this?

this is apparently a thing but iβm kinda surprised youβre having trouble finding things to be angry about, like i feel like i have a bottomless pit of them, maybe you could take some of mine
More like IDK the right mental move to find triggers for a *feeling*, Iβm not self-transparently feelings-indexed, I have the same problem with metta

uhh have you tried being angry about: your parents, school, social media, light pollution, noise pollution, circumcision, alienation / atomization, the red pill, quarantine,,,

Most of those are inert & at most I wanna yell in pain & fear, not live agents transgressing against me.
