I think I agree with both tweets. It's fun as long as the tickler can tell when they're causing genuine distress and back off.

this. i've had people not be able to tell with me and it is not fun. have also had a former partner i explicitly told several times to not tickle me and she kept forgetting and that genuinely sucked :/
