lifted barefoot last night and it did interesting things to my feet, esp. barefoot squats. this tension opened up and partly but didnāt fully release that i recognize from other times iāve released a lot of tension. in my right foot specifically

very cool how slowly increasing the weight on squats is naturally forcing me to correct how i use my feet and legs. feels good man

thereās a section in impro that talks about people who ādonāt have legsā or ādonāt have armsā in some energetic sense and i think i didnāt have legs until last summer maybe. feels good to be slowly getting them back
