been idly noticing for the last few weeks what things i do that generate shoulder tension (it dissipates when i work out and comes back gradually when i don't) and a lot of it is just awful posture like you would expect but some of it is some of my habits around screens

i have been, for dumb reasons, attempting to play a game and watch an anime at the same time, which is a thing i used to do back in grad school when i really wanted to stop thinking for awhile, and it turns out splitting attention like that is very stressful to my shoulders
