i went out for a walk tonight and started sprinting on a whim and it felt really good, but part of what i did was change the way i was using my feet so i struck the ground heel-first and relaxed some tension i usually hold in my feet

google says striking the ground heel-first is bad sprinting form but... holding my feet the other way felt worse idk :/ anyone have strong opinions about proper sprinting form around here?
