i remember liking the book a lot when i read it but that was like... i don't even know maybe as far back as college? i remember very little about it really. might be worth a reread

there were a few shadow moon short stories that i've read as part of collections that take place in the AG world and they're also interesting (one with grendel, for example).

i've been out of that loop 🤷🏻♀️ all i remember is hearing something a few months ago about how news of him getting a divorce broke ahead of the public announcement because he had his kindle linked to his goodreads and it was posting his adding books on divorce to his library?

intentionally or because he forgot to set it to private—unclear but that's just a thing i remember coming across and thinking "damn" then double-checking my kindle and goodreads for good measure although i was quite sure.

yeah there was that but the whole discussion around the incident that i saw made it seem like public opinion had really soured on him generally, which surprised me b/c i remember tumblr or whatever loving him awhile ago
