spent a large chunk of yesterday messing around with face, shoulder, and upper back tension and it seems to have done something good although who knows how long it’ll last this time
been holding my face in a bunch of grimaces and waiting for the resulting tension to shake out

I have shoulder/upper back tension that I've done a ton of work on, but it always seems to come back.

focusing on various areas, clenching and relaxing, letting things shake out, kinda improvising based on some movements i'm already familiar with to see where else i can go
