wolframalpha reports a peak around 1999 and another peak around 2016. wiki reports there was a skylar in baywatch (1997), good will hunting (1997), and breaking bad (2008-2013). wiki also reports it's a variant of "schuyler" which i did not know!
whoa i was like "you mean as in the schuyler sisters" and apparently yes directly
