I had never heard of rationalists until about a year and a half ago when I started dating one.
I was in love with him, and told him so (in an email🙄) right after he moved away to quarantine out of the Bay.
He slowly sort of withdrew, and my quarantine *sucked* hard--

But I slowly sort of got over him (though not totally). He came back after 6 months, we spent a few days together, it culminated in a typical sort of argument.
We talked last week and decided we aren't a good fit. So all this is to say... I'm officially...
