Commiserations. Definitely breathing exercises to focus in on where you're holding tension, combine with lying on your back on a hard floor, hardback book under your head to relax from your spine

Well, you already know Alexander technique, so you've seen through my magic solution! Without wanting to pry, if it's anxiety/stress driven, lasting change will take time. I recommend: breathwork & body scan to identify tension then foam rolling daily, like it's a new religion.
