thanks for the replies everyone. moving them slowly and breathing slowly helped. finally lifted again after 2 weeks (gym was too exposed to the air) and that’s helping a lot

my traps are stronger than my scapular muscles which leads to tension in my shoulders

yeah it was a lot better when i was lifting regularly but i haven’t done it in a week or two because the gym in the garage is too exposed to the smoky air :/ air’s good today tho...

massages are usually not very relaxing for me :/ the shoulder thing feels at least half emotional. been reading a fantasy novel that has a lot of Fathers and Sons stuff going on right now and it is A Lot
