How do you deal with days where you're just feeling really sad and anxious for apparently no good reason?
I'm planning to medicate with hugs but I'd like better tools for debugging this.

currently i assume it's a flashback and let my mind drift over associations to check what memories i'm being reminded of; this works maybe half the time and when it does, hoo boy
