can other people feel their heartbeat in their skull or is that just me?

this happens to me on and off but i’m not convinced it’s a heartbeat. sometimes it happens way too fast. think it’s a muscle spasm. do you feel it more clearly when you’re lying down?

if i lie down it becomes a click or movement inside the skull, analogous to a joint pop. i figure you're right.
