when i was snorting lines of math there was a period of two days where i didn’t get any sleep at all and i got a *ton* of math done those two days, it was very weird

i’ve been waking up at 8 or 9am randomly the last few weeks (despite continuing to go to bed between 1am and 3am) and it just seems to be working fine although i occasionally need a nap

I've noticed a big drop in focus and productivity at work since cutting back on the daily drinking about a year ago. It's frustrated me that I might be crippling myself professionally for the sake of my health, but now I'm wondering if sleep restriction is the actual key.

Very eager to test this out! I always was a night owl, but at some point got focused on getting "a good night's sleep". Maybe my natural inclination was right all along.

My normal day is sleeping at midnight at waking up between 6 to 7.
Any more sleep than that and I feel terrible groggy and clumsy instead
