One thing that feels good is if you pick something you can improve at quickly, do it for 10 days in a row, and look at the results. I won't claim it's a cure for depression, but it's still pretty rad

I find joy in doing something unique — and we can fill in the blanks on the component variables. Simply doing something new, that you've never done before. When it's a distant goal of mastery, it makes obvious sense. When it's brushing your teeth left-handed...
