Here are the relevant claims of each of the papers. AFAICT the gender test is dumb and made up and the citations are mostly irrelevant

though to be serious for a moment, what this is really measuring instead of "gender" is "are you conditioned to feel responsible for harmonizing other people's emotional states, even at expense to yourself"
not a woman, but that is a very relatable scenario to me
