Excited about this week - 1 day solitary meditation starting tonight and then 3 days offline with partner I'm normally a rapid-inputs-move-fast person and I'm really looking forward to a bit of a change of pace

I'm planning to do a 1 day meditation "retreat" at home in about 2 weeks time (as part of a low-screens week of general recharging and time off). It'll be my first time doing anything like this, I'm super hyped for it Anyone got any tips for me for having a great time?
