“angry beyond words” is such a real feeling for me and i never know what to do. it sits like a lump of rage in my throat. sometimes it’s like sleep paralysis, that overwhelming loss of control over your body even though you want to scream.

know that feel a bit. screaming silently is surprisingly good although not at all the same, i hear good things about screaming into the pillow, and otherwise idk take your woman on a vacation somewhere where she can scream in peace 😛
