ok so I woke up anxious and grumpy, as always, and I was forced to ACTUALLY FEEL IT instead of numbing it away first thing in the morning which made even more grumpy >:c
I ended up staying in bed approximately the same time as if I was on my phone, I spent that time listening to music and sitting with my thoughts and feelings
what happened next is that despite a lower mood I got more physical energy and I could take a shower, do skincare, prep some tea, which I usually wouldn't do. And overall I felt a bit more capable and alert physically!
