Someone needs to pipe up everyone says "oh don't tie yourself down" that every year of Me-time is one less year you have with your children and grandchildren.
If I could go back I would have married my husband when we were 21 and started having children immediately.

My friend's mother lectured him on what a mistake it was that he had a child in his twenties because he wouldn't be able to travel while he was young. It's become a weird rite of passage now.
My old farmer grandpa traveled the world in retirement, which seems like a good move.
