think abt how many ppl would have to be therapists for EVERYBODY to get therapy. do you think there are that many ppl who could plausibly be good therapists

i don't go out of my way to tell people to go to therapy because 1) i suspect most therapists aren't that good, but also because 2) it really does not seem like a scalable way to improve people's lives

hmm i really don't think that teaching ppl to be naturally therapeutic is a better solution in terms of scale

any kind of "teaching ppl how to be naturally therapeutic" that scaled would be putting a lot of eggs into one basket, if it went wrong it would go wroooooong
