fwiw muscle soreness is basically not a problem for ke if i supplement BCAAs (branch-chain amino acids) right after exercising, it’s stupid how well it works

i’m usually bad at remembering things like this but it’s just actually insane how strong the effect is. the first time i started lifting again a month ago i was crazy sore for days afterwards and then i bought BCAAs and haven’t thought about soreness since
here’s an amazon link. you’re gonna want to put these in orange juice or else they’ll taste like ass. there are other mixes that won’t have this problem but they’ll also have other ingredients
