I always sleep with the door open and a fan running, and ideally with a window open too CO2 concentration in unventilated rooms gets disconcertingly high over the course of an evening

Absolutely amazing how there's no research on how room ventilation during sleep affects mood upon waking nor on how mood upon waking affects daily mood. I fucking love science

Have you ever noticed that when you stay up very late with a group of friends, you get increasingly obnoxious and silly to the point that you’re acting kinda drunk? I’ve always thought it was some interaction of tiredness and social stimulation, but what if it’s actually hypoxia?

I’m not so sure if it happens outside as much. I’m definitely going to be paying attention to whether the group is inside or outside when it happens from now on.
