I'm planning to do a 1 day meditation "retreat" at home in about 2 weeks time (as part of a low-screens week of general recharging and time off). It'll be my first time doing anything like this, I'm super hyped for it Anyone got any tips for me for having a great time?

i should say this is in response to other stuff i’ve seen people say about their practice where it feels like they’ve got a specific concept of what meditation’s supposed to look like and are trying hard to stick with it and, yes, that itself is one of the available motions
