changes in my emotional processing over the last month or so: πŸ”Έ less saying words out loud, more wandering through memories and images πŸ”Έ less crying, more shaking / shuddering / tremors πŸ”Έ more focus on the breath πŸ”Έ more focus on awareness of the space around me

Does the shaking come with fear? I've been working through a lot of that with leg/hip/hand shaking, reminiscent of restless leg syndrome. I might be working through my anxiety idk

It definitely reminds me of TRE although it didn't do much the one time I tried it, and I couldn't get my upper torso to shake. Now it's happening spontaneously just lying down and turning inwards
