changes in my emotional processing over the last month or so:
🔸 less saying words out loud, more wandering through memories and images
🔸 less crying, more shaking / shuddering / tremors
🔸 more focus on the breath
🔸 more focus on awareness of the space around me

can you share more about the tremors/shaking? is it spontaneous or do you intentionally create a moment and space for them to happen?

definitely not spontaneous, i clamp down on my body habitually. have to decide on purpose to “let up”
