changes in my emotional processing over the last month or so: 🔸 less saying words out loud, more wandering through memories and images 🔸 less crying, more shaking / shuddering / tremors 🔸 more focus on the breath 🔸 more focus on awareness of the space around me

i’ve also been trying out some kind of what i guess is called “inquiry practice”; sort of dropping a question into my system and letting it ping around without trying to force an “answer” lately it’s been something like “what do i care about” or “what did i want as a kid”
