🔸 less saying words out loud, more wandering through memories and images
🔸 less crying, more shaking / shuddering / tremors
🔸 more focus on the breath
🔸 more focus on awareness of the space around me

. uses this phrase “global wayfinding” to describe his vision of meditative practice (which is among other things inclusive of trauma processing etc.) and i’ve been bouncing it around in my head a lot. open-ended improvisational feeling into next steps

memories and images have been feeling increasingly rich relative to words and i’m gonna roll with that for awhile to see what happens. much higher fidelity. i think more stuff has been happening in my sleep too but i mostly don’t remember it. wake up slightly different erryday

i’ve also been trying out some kind of what i guess is called “inquiry practice”; sort of dropping a question into my system and letting it ping around without trying to force an “answer”
lately it’s been something like “what do i care about” or “what did i want as a kid”
