Periods in my life where I “just didn’t feel like doing anything” were partially due to not eating enough saturated fat e.g. in the form of yogurt, butter, or cheese. (Milk isn’t that healthy.) “I don’t want to do something that I usually want to do. Am I eating enough cheese?”

I weirdly have an allergic reaction to ghee, at least historically, that I don’t have for normal butter. But, I hope this works perfectly for other people. At some point I’m going to get to the bottom of this, for myself.

Lactase is expressed only on the brush border of the small intestine, so it's very vulnerable if you have gut issues. My family has several examples of getting intolerance (usually at the time of a stressor) and later recovering. How's your gut-health maintenance?
