i wonder about this kind of stuff sometimes but there’s like a billion levers that no one understands and i tend to have little effect from making tiny modifications even fixing my severe vitamin d deficiencies didn’t seem to do shit

one of my biggest psychological shifts was facilitated in part by cutting out gluten and supplementing potassium but i don’t talk about that part as often because i just don’t understand it yet

the meta-problem i was running into is there were like 5 different things making me miserable and i had to get to like 4/5 to notice, 1 or 2/5 didn’t feel like much one of the very few increasing-returns dynamics but it’s really hard to tell unless you keep going
