Lawnmower clippings have a plant warning chemical that makes me gag. I can smell the weather before it happens. I often get TMI from bodily smells of humans around me and have to politely pretend I don't have rude information which I am absolutely aware of
I can also visually detect from someone's hand if they are dehydrated. I just experience the world in intense detail, and I'm similarly baffled how dull average senses are!

I can detect nickel by touch alone. I can tell if a paintbrush is organic or synthetic from touch and sight almost immediately, same for leather/fake leather. I can tell 2 days prior if a family member is about to catch a cold, from small changes in their face
Hahaa! There's absolutely no need to communicate about this skill, but I love taking people to very alien parts of the concept space language map, purely by using extremely normal words so they know they aren't confused by jargon, but they ARE confused.
