guess it depends on what you’re doing, it’s sort of a form of noting? idk i’ve never done the second half, i have barely like swished the first half around my brain a tiny bit

yeah i also mostly can't stand noting for a similar reason, the process and my reaction to it ends up taking up way too much of my bandwidth. i guess being able to sort of "purely note" something without letting it cascade like this is a skill to build over time???
