i've occasionally facilitated events where people take turns practicing telling stories and it is a tooon of fun and people can get a lot better pretty quickly with the right kind of feedback

it's a gem for sure, i watched it as part of an instructor training i did once and then we did a bunch of cycles of making up classes and teaching them to each other and getting critiqued in this style
